We were walking around shopping and saw this and it was a hot day so we quickly popped in and out. The drinks came out fast and they were cold.

Ty is my favorite employee, he is always upbeat and is genuinely happy to see his regulars. I don't know which employee wrote "Happy birthday " on the bag that had my cake pop in it, but it made my day. Such a sweet gesture. Always good experiences when I swing by for a coffee or other treat.

Where do I begin?! This store is constantly going above and beyond expectations! I frequent the location inside the Texas City Tanger Outlet and I can confidently say even with high volume traffic this store never fails to deliver amazing service!!! The moment you open the door you are greeted with the biggest smiles and more often than not a “Hey! How are you? What’s going on?!” rain, shine, slow days or even on the busiest! BLACK FRIDAY!!! YIKES!! I never go into this store worried if my drink is made correctly or not because they all seem to be on their A game! The staff is always eager to please and even if you feel like your drink is not up to par they are always insisting they can redo the drink or even offer you other options!! I don’t know about you but always having the option is kinda nice! This starbucks is great at making you feel less like a customer and more so a family member! That’s something you really don’t see as often in the service industry anymore! WE NEED MORE OF THAT. I guess I’m leaving this review to tell you, IF YOU CAN STOP HERE. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I don’t know how or what they have going on at the Texas City Tanger Outlet location but this store SHOULD be the FOUNDATION for all current locations and even new ones to come! it was my first time i ever got a pumpkin spice latte and i didn't like it much, so ellie gave me another drink for free even though she didn't have to. she went out of her way to make sure i was satisfied and was very sweet. i really appreciated her helping me out, and will definitely come back

I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.
